  • Yes, we accept Medicare and offer simple direct‑pay pricing for everyone else.

  • I do not contract with commercial insurance because their rules limit visit length, restrict what can be discussed, and often lead to rushed, fragmented care. By stepping outside of those constraints, I can offer longer visits, direct communication, and clear, upfront pricing—so your endocrine care is thoughtful, unhurried, and truly patient‑centered.

  • At Embrace Endocrine, visits are paid directly to allow for longer visits, direct access to your doctor, and clear pricing. All other parts of your care—prescriptions, lab testing, and imaging—still run through your insurance as usual. You keep using your pharmacy, your lab, and your imaging center the same way you do now.

  • There are two easy ways to schedule an appointment:

Online: Click the ‘Book Appointment’ button on our website and follow the prompts.

By phone: Call the clinic at (508) 639-0169 and we’ll be happy to help you schedule.

  • An endocrinologist will help when symptoms or conditions involve hormones—such as thyroid problems, diabetes, weight changes, menopause, fertility concerns, or bone health issues. If something feels ‘off’ and may be hormone‑related, it’s reasonable to check in. You may also be referred by your primary care provider if they feel a hormone specialist would be helpful.

  • To help us make the most of your appointment, please bring:

    • A complete list of your medications, including all prescriptions, over‑the‑counter medicines, vitamins, and supplements. Include doses and how often you take each one.

    • Any recent lab results you may have from outside facilities.

    • If you have diabetes: Bring your glucometer, a written glucose log, or your continuous glucose monitor (CGM) receiver so we can review your numbers together.

  • We’re committed to timely care, and new‑patient visits are typically available within three business days of your request.

  • Once you are an established member at Embrace Endocrine, same‑day or next‑day urgent visits will be available whenever you need timely support.

  • You may be able to use your HSA or FSA for your visit, depending on your plan’s guidelines. I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your HSA or FSA for possible reimbursement.

  • Although we’ll be sad to see you leave, you may cancel your membership anytime after the initial three‑month minimum. A 30‑day notice is needed to process your cancellation. If a refund is due, it will be provided as described in your patient contract.
